Newly graduated

With the growing need for knowledge and capacity in the urban development industry, Pontarius has established a Junior Consultant Program to give recent graduates a solid start in their careers. Within the framework of the program, we offer young, talented, and well-educated individuals who are passionate about urban development all the necessary conditions to grow into a complete consultant. It requires extraordinary commitment from you as a candidate, but the reward is growth that is hard to find elsewhere.
With us, you are offered guidance from more experienced colleagues, dedicated mentorship, and internal training at our own Pontarius Business School, while also working on exciting projects where you can build your experience. As a participant in the program, you will have a probationary employment that typically transitions into a permanent position after six months. Continuous evaluation will take place, where set individual goals are reviewed and new ones are established. All of this occurs in a cross-functional context where technology, environment, law, and finance are combined to create unparalleled value for the industry and our clients, while also providing great learning opportunities.

Student
Pontarius welcomes you as a student with main focus on Pontarius’ fields of activity to work with us while writing on your Master’s thesis. Pontarius also offer students the opportunity to work and participate in real projects together with our experienced consultants. We believe that this give students valuable insights into working life and a great experience to build their careers on.
